University Park MHC, LLC. is a leased lot community where you feel at home.

University Park is one of Mankato’s growing communities for manufactured homes. At University Park, homeowners take pride in their homes and enjoy a community spirit. The Park has been serving its residents since 1983 and hopes to be able to serve you as well.

The services provided as part of the monthly lot rent by University Park include sewer, garbage & recycling collection, real estate taxes & assessments and street lights. Residents also enjoy a 6000-8000 square feet of space to tailor to their liking.

Within the park, you will find a pond where you can observe wildlife, two storm shelters and two children’s play areas for your children to enjoy.

This Park is located within Mankato city limits so it has the protection of Mankato’s fire and police services. University Park is within walking distance of Minnesota State University, Mankato, a small mall which boosts numerous restaurants & services, and is a block away from Kwik Trip. The utility companies that service University Park include X-cel Energy, CenterPoint Energy, Charter Communications and Hickory Tech.

The office is located just South of the Stadium Road & Monks Intersection. Taking the second left into the park (which is named Serra Street) follow the road to a stone building located on the left side of the road. Inside, you will find the office, the mail boxes which serves the residents as well as the storm shelter.
