Q: What is the lot rent?
      Between $280 and $290 per month.
Q: What is included with lot rent?
      The costs of city sewer, garbage collection, recycling collection, real estate taxes, real estate assessments and street lights.
Q: What is the application process like?
      We have a one page application that needs to be filled out. There is a non-refundable $25.00 application fee that needs to accompany the application. The time it takes for processing is up to 2 weeks.
Q: What type of leases do you offer?
      We offer month to month leases.
Q: Do you offer any kind of discounts?
      We offer discounts on rent for senior citizens and active military personnel.
Q: Do you allow pets?
      We allow pets except those breeds that are of known aggression. Some examples of pets we do not allow include pit bulls, rottwiellers & doberman pinchers. In addition, we do not allow kennels or fences.
Q: Do you charge a pet fee?
      We charge a $4.00 monthly pet fee per animal.
Q: Where do residents go during tornado sirens are activated?
      There are two shelters located in the park.
Q: How many off street parking spaces does each home have?
      Each home is provided with two off street spaces.
